Waitomo Caves Tours is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising network, and asks you for nothing. This page says what does happen when you use it.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no account, no newsletter, no comment form and no tracking script belonging to this site. No cookie is written by these pages.

Server logs

The web host keeps standard access logs — the page requested, the time, a browser string and an IP address — as every web server does. They are used to keep the site running and are not combined with anything else or sold.

When you click through to book

Booking links leave this site for Viator, and from that moment their privacy policy applies rather than this one. The link carries an affiliate identifier so the booking can be attributed, which is what funds the site; it does not carry anything about you, because this site holds nothing about you to carry.

The map

The map on these pages does not load until you click it. Until then no request goes to Google and no cookie is set. Clicking it loads a Google Maps embed, and Google's privacy policy applies to that embed.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, the EU or another jurisdiction with data protection rights, those rights attach to data someone holds about you. This site holds none. Requests about data held by a booking platform or a tour operator should go to them directly.
