A booking you have already made

Your confirmation email carries the operating company's name and their contact details. Changes, cancellations, pickup addresses and refunds are all theirs to action, and going through them directly is faster than anything this site could do on your behalf.

The caves themselves

The Waitomo Glowworm Caves visitor centre is at 39 Waitomo Village Road, Waitomo Caves 3977, and is open from 9am to 5pm every day. Questions about departure times, access and what is on site are best put to the operator that runs the cave.
